Grade: C+. Genuinely strong on one kind of accountability — she authored Arizona’s pharmacy-benefit-manager crackdown (SB1102, signed 2025; SB1545 to bar PBM-owned pharmacies), taking on the drug middlemen. But she also drove an effort to narrow AHCCCS eligibility and end hospital presumptive eligibility (vetoed), which restricts access, and sponsored a ban on public-water fluoridation against public-health guidance. Accountability up, access down.
